I’m Colleen Costello, a Qualified Health & Wellness Coach and Mother of 2 who believes that optimal Health & Wellness has become way to complicated to achieve!

It’s the day to day things we do that end up having the greatest impact on our health.  Therefore the choices we make either contribute to our health or take away from it.

So that’s what I do.  I show you daily health hacks to enhance your routine or to simply help you create one.  I give you a 3 month or 12 month structure to help implement these changes, coaching you every step of the way with encouragement and inspiration but making you accountable.  Lasting, sustainable change takes time to implement.  It takes 21 days to break a habit but it takes 90 days to create one!

SO if nothing changes, nothing changes!

I’ve created this forum to help everyone on their well-being journey.  I believe that more than one modality is necessary in the journey of wellness.  Therefore you will find under the ABOUT tab, other Practitioners who offer services that may be of interest to you.
